Meet the Consultant Behind the Vision

Hi, I’m Lelia, a wedding consultant, a mom, and someone who believes your wedding should feel meaningful from the very beginning. It should be more than just a beautiful day. It should be an experience that you, your family, and your friends will always remember.

For me, this work is about more than venues and logistics. It’s about helping couples feel supported, heard, and be able to enjoy the beginning of the wedding planning process without feeling overwhelmed by it all.

My interest in the wedding industry started at a young age.

When I was about 12 years old, I watched my cousin plan her wedding, and as the big day got closer, I even attended a few of their planning meetings. What stood out to me most was the sense of calm and confidence their planner brought to the entire experience.

She guided important decisions, managed the details, and made the process feel far less overwhelming. Most importantly, she truly listened and made my family feel supported every step of the way.

That experience stayed with me for years. When it came time to apply for college, I intentionally looked for programs focused on event management because I knew I wanted to create that same feeling for other couples one day.

Where It All Began

Experience Built Through Real Weddings & Real Connections

My husband proposed when we were sophomores in college on New Year's Eve going into 2020. Majoring in event management helped me immensely as I was planning our wedding. Planning my own wedding while in college made me realize how much work goes into wedding planning and logistics.

Fast-forward to May of 2022, I graduated from Johnson & Wales University with my Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, got married in October, and shortly after that, I entered the wedding industry professionally.

In November 2022, I joined the team at Crowne Plaza in Warwick, Rhode Island as a Wedding & Events Assistant. During my time there, I gained hands-on experience working closely with the Sales & Catering, Banquets, and Convention Services departments.

As my knowledge of the wedding department grew and evolved, so did my responsibilities.

I was promoted to a newly curated position for myself, Wedding & Events Coordinator, I worked directly with couples, led ceremony rehearsals, and served as a point of contact on wedding days

Later, as a Wedding Sales Manager, I met with couples to tour our venue, walk them through everything we had to offer, and help them confidently book their wedding day with us—while continuing to be booked couples wedding coordinator and execute details behind the scenes.

Every role strengthened my ability to anticipate needs, communicate clearly, and create an experience that feels organized, supportive, and personal.

Why This Business Means So Much to Me

In April 2024, my husband and I welcomed our baby girl into the world and it completely changed my perspective in the best way!

After returning to my office job, I quickly realized the traditional schedule no longer aligned with the kind of life I wanted for myself and my family. I wanted to be present. I wanted to slow down and truly experience these transformative moments while they’re here.

Starting this business became a way for me to pursue work I genuinely love while building a life centered around family, connection, and intention.

And those values naturally carry into how I support my couples, too.

My Approach to Wedding Consulting

One of the biggest things I’ve learned through both personal and professional experience is that couples need someone who can bring calm into the process.

That’s the energy I aim to bring into every interaction.

I approach weddings with a thoughtful, organized mindset: always thinking ahead, staying flexible, and helping couples feel grounded through every decision. I believe guidance should feel collaborative and supportive, never overwhelming or transactional.

My goal is to help you feel confident, cared for, and fully present throughout this season of your life.

I’d Love to Be Part of Your Wedding Journey

Whether you’re just beginning your venue search or looking for trusted guidance along the way, I’m here to help you navigate the process with clarity, calm, and confidence.
